BMC appoints to new Sales Team

Bristol Management Centre (BMC) has recently added to its Sales Team by appointing Candice Tyler as its Head of Sales and Kirsty Driver as Business Development Executive.
The new roles have been created to manage the burgeoning demand for BMC’s learning & development programmes and to ensure the business has the processes in place to ensure its reputation for excellent customer service remains undiminished.
Kirsty has spent the last three years gaining experience in sales as part of Milburys, where she enjoyed considerable success as part of their Residential Property Team. As an active former Chair of Stroud District Youth Council and member of the British Youth Council, Kirsty enjoys meeting and talking to people and is already enjoying her new role. Her previous experiences in World Challenge and fundraising for Cancer Research mean she is also looking forward to working with BMC’s partner charity for 2017, The Harbour, which is based in Bristol.
Candice brings to BMC a background in training sales which includes experience gained in her former position in business development at Built Intelligence – NEC3 subject matter experts. Prior to this Candice held the roles of Innovation Manager with Pera Technology, Psychometric Management Consultant for Thomas International and spent five years as Regional Sales Manager for the ‘Daily Mirror’ national newspaper.
Candice is passionate about employee engagement, retention and talent management and is looking forward to passing on her enthusiasm to both the team that supports her and to the company’s customers and clients. BMC CEO, Dean Taylor, is delighted that Candice is on board: “Candice’s appointment will be very beneficial to our business, not just in terms of growing our customer base and the programmes we offer but also nurturing and further developing her team who have been instrumental in achieving the success we have enjoyed so far.”
