About the course

The APMG International Managing Benefits™ qualification aims to provide managers and practitioners with generally applicable guidance encompassing benefits management principles, practices and techniques. The course is designed to train delegates to ensure that benefits remain the focus of all their organisation’s investments. It’s all about maximizing demonstrable return on investment – all the more important in a changing economic climate. The course also directly addresses how to optimise benefits realisation and avoid risk to future initiatives caused by investors losing confidence in an organisation’s ability to successfully manage change.

Our highly regarded Practitioner and Integrated courses are structured so that the Practitioner exam is taken in the classroom directly after the training element (as per Foundation but at the end of the week). We prefer this approach to the post course online exam booking system as it ensures that the course content is fresh in the mind and enables delegates to leave having completed both the course and examination.

*BMC are proud to have a 100% pass rate at Foundation level and 73% for Practitioner level for 2018.*

Benefits – organisation?

Organisations invest in change to realise benefits, yet it is estimated that around two thirds of projects fail to realise those benefits. This course is designed to help organisations to correctly forecast, measure and manage the delivery of those benefits. Ultimately, organisations should be able to demonstrate more efficient and effective practices through smarter use of available resources. In turn, an organisation’s ability to retain motivated and skilled change management staff and attract investment should be improved.
