This two day Proposal Development course is ideal for anyone who has spent late nights endlessly reworking proposal text, or who has struggled to bring together multiple contributions that contradict each other, or reviewed a document that bears little resemblance to the tender, knows that there must be a better way to develop proposals. This workshop provides a better way.
The best way to learn how to develop a winning proposal is to work on a live bid. This workshop takes the key elements of a competitive bid and works through them in a workshop, responding to an example tender document. The course reflects the tendering process by running exercises competitively in teams.
It provides clear guidance for developing a winning proposal, particularly in response to large, complex, highly regulated government tenders.
By the end of the course, delegates will be able to:
• Explain and follow a proposal development process
• Plan and resource a proposal
• Contribute constructively to proposal storyboarding and writing
• Manage and contribute to various stages of review
• Manage a proposal through to successful submission
Feedback:
“It came across loud and clear that the facilitators knew the subject matter. It was also evident that you have experience doing the job we do and the stuff we have to deal with.” – IM
“Thank you for an excellent two day workshop. I have been converted to adopt the process and it is already having an impact” – IB
