Dean Taylor is the Managing Director of IMD Group Ltd (and BMC), a Chartered Engineer and an Institute of Directors’ Certified Director. He has worked on some of the largest transformation programmes in the UK and recently advised the UK Government on a major IT Change Programme.With a passion for helping organisations become more efficient using technology, learning and development and highly skilled staff.

 

Dean formed IMD Group in 2015 with his fellow Directors by bringing together two businesses with over 40 years of learning and development, technology and management consultancy experience between them. Dean is committed to staff development and strong client focus which he believes are vital to helping IMD Group’s customers flourish.Dean is a Member of the Institute of Directors and Institution of Engineering and Technology, Chairman of ASPECT and in his spare time coaches County Rugby and the Bath Rugby Development Player Programme.
