Dean Taylor is the CEO of IMD Group Ltd (and BMC), a Chartered Engineer and an Institute of Directors’ Certified Director. He has worked on some of the largest transformation programmes in the UK and advised the UK Government on a major IT Change Programme. With a passion for helping organisations become more efficient using technology, learning and development and highly skilled staff, Dean has a wealth of experience in consulting.

Dean was a founder Director of IMD Group in 2015, bringing together two businesses with over 40 years of learning and development, technology and management consultancy experience between them. Dean is committed to staff development and strong client focus which he believes are vital to helping IMD Group’s customers flourish. Dean is a Member of the Institute of Directors and Institution of Engineering and Technology and in his spare time coaches rugby for Bath Saracens.
