Lee’s talk will be about:

The lessons he has learnt on developing your offer and approaching the market; with a particular focus on where he went wrong. He will also cover any topics requested from delegates currently at Bristol Management Centre.

About Lee:

Lee served 21 years in the Army before leaving for a career in Management Consultancy.  He started his military career as an aeronautical engineer with the REME repairing and maintaining the Army’s helicopter force before attending the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and commissioning in to the Infantry.  As an infantry officer, Lee commanded soldiers in the UK and on operations in Northern Ireland and Iraq.  He has held staff appointments at the UK’s operational headquarters, the Army’s Headquarters and supported the provision of intelligence for operations in Afghanistan.  During the later part of Lee’s military career he undertook appointments in Defence’s technical stream helping to align capability planning with capability delivery.  Lee is now a Managing Consultant and the Systems Engineering Capability Practice Lead for IMD.
