Location: Central Bristol

Salary: £16,500 – £18,500 per annum + commission

Job Type: Permanent

Hours: 08:30 – 17:00 (including 1-hour lunch break)

 Holiday: 20 days + bank holidays


In 2016, we’re celebrating 40 years of providing high quality learning and development solutions to clients in the public and private sector. We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Office Administrator / Sales Advisor to join our friendly team. We’ll rely on you to help with the day-to-day running of Bristol Management Centre as well as driving our sales / course bookings. In return you will have the chance to work for an expanding company, with a friendly team who will be dedicated to providing you with the training and support necessary to help you move forward within the company.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and provide enthusiastic customer service
  • Be informative and nurture email and phone enquiries through to course bookings
  • Update the database, keep records and raise paper work for personal bookings
  • Assist with day-to-day running of Bristol Management Centre e.g. greeting delegates and visitors, monitoring the refreshment provision, maintaining online filing, preparing course materials
  • Proactive account management to keep previous delegates up-to-speed with developments and drive repeat bookings


About you:

We’re looking for a passionate individual who is driven to succeed and who will work well within our team. A flexible approach and positive attitude is a must and we’d like you to show a willingness to take on other duties where required.


Desired Skills and Experiences:

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Competent with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Comfortable with selling and bringing in revenue
